We ship all-across the USA, Our main headquarters are located in NJ and all of our products are shipped from NJ.

Transit times are based on your geographical region, products are shipped from NJ. The further you are from NJ the longer it might take for the products to arrive. Typically all orders that are placed with UPS Ground deliver in 2-4 Business Days. If you are choosing ups surepost as your shipping method it can take 2-7 business days for the product to arrive.

We process orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are subject to UPS processing times which normally take 1-4 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS ground or UPS surepost and come with a tracking number.

For any products that are damaged or unwanted, we do offer returns and exchanges. To request a return, please email our customer support team with an explanation of the request along with picture proof. Garments must be unworn, in their original packaging, and not decorated/printed on. Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of the stated delivery date.

No. We sell our products at wholesale pricing to everyone. However, all orders will be processed with state-mandated sales tax. If you are looking for tax-exempt status, please submit the proper paperwork to info@blankknights.com

Yes, our wholesale prices all vary at all of our wholesale and retail locations.

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877. You can also try to contact us with your issue and as a first time courtesy we will resend your package, but if it becomes a reoccuring issue you will have to go through UPS. If you are also having a reoccuring delivery issue with your package please consider switching from choosing ups surepost to ups ground as your shipping method.
